In stock items ship same or next business day. Personalized items are hand designed, crafted then shipped in 6-10 days.

Gift-Ready Packaging

All orders are shipped with a complimentary gift box and bag, and without physical receipts or price information. A detailed digital receipt will be emailed directly to the purchaser.

Returns

Shop with confidence at Pjulan with our 30-day return policy for all non-personalized items. While personalized pieces are crafted just for you and are non-returnable, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy, contact us at contact@pjulan.com, and we will make it right. 

CUSTOM ITEMS
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to cancel custom orders. We process the order immediately.

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
You may return items within 75 days of receipt. Any returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt. We will refund your original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item.

If you would like to exchange the item, we will accept it as long as you contact us within 75 days of receipt. We will issue you a store credit for the amount you spent on delivery, or exchange the item for you.

Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
