How does the ordering process work?
Simply complete the options above. If you want to order more than one bracelet, fill in all the details for one bracelet and add it to the shopping cart. For the second bracelet, fill in all the details again and add it to the shopping cart.
Processing Time
Due to current high demand, the production time for a bracelet is between 7 and 9 days. For shipments to Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, we currently require approximately 7-14 days. The delivery time is therefore a total of 14-21 days.

Returns

CUSTOM ITEMS
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to cancel custom orders. We process the order immediately.
NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
You may return items within 75 days of receipt. Any returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt. We will refund your original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item.
If you would like to exchange the item, we will accept it as long as you contact us within 75 days of receipt. We will issue you a store credit for the amount you spent on delivery, or exchange the item for you.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
